Teen Bodybuilder Flexing Update HD

Flexing update. For the last 4 weeks I have been doing Max-OT training. In 4 weeks my bench went from 50kgX5reps to 55kgX5reps, my squat went from 72.5kgX6 to 80kgX6 and all my other lifts went up as well.
