practicing some posing not very good yet, but not bad for mass phase, no cardio at all really...still have alot of work to do!!!!...ALL NATURAL!!!!
Ps...ya i know i have an ugly ass tattoo on my back, getting it removed soon! I didn't do the back lat spread because I really dont know how to do it properly...If any of you have knowledge on how to do it properly im willing to listen and take your advice.
