This is the best and leanest shape I was able to achieve this year without using supplements - about 29.5 inches waist (75-76 cm). I will take now a month rest due to injury and than will start bodyweight workout at the bars till the end of this year. I am aslo planning to start an interval running to improve my speed and endurance and reduce the bodyfat.
