3-24-11 - Just a quick video I shot this morning while getting ready for work of me hitting some poses. Wanted to see how my summer lean/diet is coming along. I need a haircut and a tan so don't laugh. Definitely have the "deer in the headlights" look when hitting the front double bi. Not looking too shabby though, weighed in at 211lbs even this morning at 6'1".
