Vertical Crunch Reach (VCR) HD

To Begin start by lying on your back with your legs in front of you bent at about 90*, and your hands reaching straight up towards the ceiling. Contract your abdominals and as you raise your shoulder blades off of the ground make sure to breathe outward and keep your hands pointing up. As you lower back down from the seated position inhale and as your shoulder blades come back in contact with the ground slightly arch your back to further stretch your abdominals.
