Im confident about my body and i always smile when i make progress. i've changed a lot the last 7 months and i would like to share it with you, push yourself beyond what you are capable off and your muscles will grow and get stronger as hard as you have pushed yourself that time at the gym. eat like a beast, train like an animal and sleep like a baby, the term to make them grow as fast as weed !
