Developing Neck & Shoulders (NaturalBuilding)



Here are 3 basic exercises for improving your neck and shoulders. Try to do 10-12reps of 3-4 sets for each exercise! Also reduce weight for the final two exercises to optimize your development! Best of Luck!!! =)
