Teen "BodyBuilder" flexing
read description please :) me doing some poses. this video is older than my other two i just forgot to upload it. any tips on bulking?
this is my diet that i am going to start soon. I am 124lbs, 15 years old , 5ft 6" i lift weights 5 days a week and do cardio 3 or 4 days a week. i need around 3500 calories to maintain my weight from a high metabolism.
8.10am - 300ml milk 1 slice brown bread
12.30pm - pizza 200ml orange juice
4.15pm - gym
5.30pm - apple protein shake w/ 500ml milk
6.30pm - 100g chicken breast 75g chips 300ml milk
8.30pm - 3 slices bread 300ml milk
11.00pm - 40g salted peanuts apple 3 weetabix w/ 200ml milk
12.30am - protein shake w/ 500ml milk
Total calories = 4,650
Total carbs = 735g
Total protein = 213g
Total fats = 98.4g
Total saturated fats = 35g
drinking water throughout the day. the supplements i am taking are bcaa's, creatine monohydrate, essensial fatty acids, zma, multi vitamins and whey protein weight gainer.
