Well this is the vid i promised 5 days out one more posing video this weekend before the shoot probaly the night im all tanned up. Weighed in this morning at 168.5 pounds carb depleted like usual lol this diet has certainly taken its toll on me but im very excited and nervous about the shoot...Comment rate sub and please enjoy god bless.
