Hey guys, just practicing my breakdancing stance here. We're going to do
something similar to an Everest mountain climber. If you haven't seen it,
make sure you watch that first. This is simple. You can do it anywhere.
It's for your abs. It's for your core. More importantly, it's easy, it's
fun, and you'll love it.

So we want to get into a push-up position. You feel strong. Your chest is
out. You're flexing your muscles. The key now is we want to drive the right
knee into the chest. As you do it, you want to feel every single muscle
fiber in your abs, your obliques. Keep your chest, your biceps tight,
squeeze, and back out.

You don't have to do anything fancy. Just pull those knees in, flex nice
and tight, and back out in a controlled manner. You want to do about 30 to
200, however many you can do.

Then you want to start to working some variations in. Pulling the knee to
the outside, back out, control it. Pull the knee to the outside, squeeze,
back out, control it. Finally rocking the knee across your body, flex,
whoa, twist it, flex. So, you have forward, you have sides, you have
across.
