Day 2 of 4- New Weekly Workout Program
This was Tuesday's workout. I apologize for not uploading it sooner, but I currently don't have internet at my house due to faulty phone line. It will be fixed soon. I will upload Thursday's(today's) workout tomorrow afternoon.
