Another glimpse of my workout this time chest . Filmed with an Iphone (as all the other vids) so quality and details isn't going to be as sharp as a real camcorder. This vid includes shots of incline dumbbell press, flyes. Guillotine press, weighted dips and the finisher a combination of 3 different angles of flyes on cables that I do once to twice a month. Not included is my triceps workout which I do at the end along with calves (supersetted)
