I'm 120lb, 5'50''. I'm below 11% bodyfat at the moment. I joined to gym 1 month ago after a long break... I'm eager to get hench and going up in weight asap. Well my goal is to build some more muscle, trim my waist and get a lean body. I'm not trying to show off my body, just wanna make a sequence and this is just a compilation of some vids of me. I hope in a few months I'll be freaking ripped! I don't want to look bulky though, I'd prefer to look shredded and hench. I'm open to any suggestion, specially if you got some tips for reducing the body fat, so feel free to rate and comment.
