Vertical Crunch Reach (VCR) HD
To Begin start by lying on your back with your legs in front of you bent at about 90*, and your hands reaching straight up towards the ceiling. Contract your abdominals and as you raise your shoulder blades off of the ground make sure to breathe outward and keep your hands pointing up. As you lower back down from the seated position inhale and as your shoulder blades come back in contact with the ground slightly arch your back to further stretch your abdominals.

Daniel Puder is going to teach you how to reduce injuries by stretching. This is a hamstring stretch. Keep your back straight, shoulders pointed straight, and workout on your stretching. Whether it's in a business meeting or in the ring, Puder has the same attitude: Success, Heart, and Improve. He has MMA competition records of 8-0 (PRO) and 20-0 (amateur). Puder gained enormous momentum when he nearly made 1996 Olympic Gold Medalist Kurt Angle tap out on national television. Hi! My name is Eric, and I am 15 years old. I've been working out since the 7th january (only 7 month). This clip is taken in July, so its pretty old from now. I don't want to look like a bodybuilder, but I still want to have a nice body. So this is enougeh for me. Any questions about anything? Please comment :)
I have't spend much time at the gym. Mostly at home. And yes, you can see my underwere, thats because I didn't have a belt! And why did I not wear a belt? Its because ist hurting my back when I do my ab workout :P
