Progress Update 3

Made it through a weekend of less than optimal nutrition accompanied by large quantities of alcohol...so actually probably went backwards a bit. Scale showed it with +0.8lb from last week's minimum and bodyfat by electronic analyzer at 14.5% up 0.1% from the previous video. I should be making good progress again by the end of the week.
