Day one of my 90 Day Workout Program.. LEG DAY!
3 sets of 8-10 Reps ON EVERYTHING!
Dumbbell Lunges
Set 1 30x10 Set 2 30x10 Set 3 30x10 (30=weight 10=reps)
Dumbbell Step Ups
Set 1 30x10 Set 2 30x10 Set 3 30x10
Stiff Legged Deadlifts

Lying Leg Curls
80x10 90x10 90x10
Leg Extension
70x17 90x14 110x11
Leg Press
110x18 130x13 150x10
Seated Calf Raises
160x11 180x9 145x10
I know those things I did for "Leg Curls" aren't actually leg curls, does anyone know what they are called?
