okay guys, did chest and triceps and abs today:
incline barbell bench: 4x8 55 pounds
decline barbell bench: 4x8 50 pounds
flat dumb. bench: 4x8 22 pounds ea.
chest flat flies: 4x8 17 pounds ea.
skull crushers ez bar: 22 pounds
triceps pushdowns: 77 pounds.
decline bench abdominal crunch: 0 pounds 4x 20 reps
I`m just adapting myself again to get some serious weights.
