When i was 14 on February 27 i took duct tape and put it around my arm and wrote on it and hung it on my wall, this is exactly 1 year later and this is my transformation! I was 12 inches,130 lbs 1 year ago, i'm now 14 inches 156 lbs!

Body Building leg update. Getting bigger!
3rd week back to training. I decided to do a leg update instead. ull have to wait a while till the next upperbody. ill probly do both next time. upper/lower... im up to about 160lbs but i forgot to weigh without shoes so ill get a proper weigh in next video.

This is a little bit off topic (the guys are not shirtless and you can't see their muscles) but since this sport requires such a high level of physical conditioning it is worthy of inclusion. Plus it is fun to watch. In fact it is almost irresistible.

Keeping my form steady, I do 115lb 1 armed cable curls beyond failure- i only did 1 working set, so i pushed myself as much as possible. Guns swell up to over 20 inches :) Sorry about my weird faces- it was a very tough set ;)

Teen Bodybuilder Flexing Update HD
Flexing update. For the last 4 weeks I have been doing Max-OT training. In 4 weeks my bench went from 50kgX5reps to 55kgX5reps, my squat went from 72.5kgX6 to 80kgX6 and all my other lifts went up as well.

Weighted Bar Dips - 135 x 6 reps HD

Bar dips are an awesome exercise for developing the triceps as well as the chest. Make sure to keep your elbows in when doing this exercise and avoid bouncing out of the bottom position. Control the decent, pause at the bottom and power up to the top.
By keeping the reps low and allowing sufficient rest you build muscle strength and density. By using med to higher reps with short rest between sets you create cumulative fatigue which creates muscle growth via (sarcoplasmic hypertrophy - increase of fluid in the muscle cells)

16 muscle up

All-Natural Muscular Athlete Fitness Model - Bulked
This is my update video before cutting as of February 2011 @ 6 foot 180 lbs. This posing is of courser raw without pumping, cutting carbs, oiling, tanning or anything else bodybuilders do before posing.
For my upperbody training, I incorporate pushing and pulling days. At the start, I focus on compound movements for strength. I finish with high rep low weight isolation exercises to promote lactic acid and growth hormone release.
I don't incorporate so I can't endorse any synthetic supplements of any kind to enhance training. I'm starting to attempt to ideally restrict myself to mostly raw organic food free of sugar. Avocados, bananas, celery are among the best foods to increase testosterone. I recommend eating them in the morning before the gym.
Expect more further detailed vlogs discussing health issues. I'll try to improve the camera angle and lighting for next time.
On second thought, maybe some pre-workout pumping before posing would be a good idea for a more vascular look. Espescially considering it's so cold this time of year in my house.

three clips of my progress/me flexing. i just merged them with no particular order and didn't bother to edit them. but its mainly about the content. i put on the shirt mainly to show how wearing a shirt makes me look "thicker". (The reason why i dislike my large chest; my chest is a bit too thick for my waist :[
umm.. what else? this week i haven't been working out too hard because its been heavily snowing in Texas and its just way too cold to go running or to even be driving (dangerous. i actually slid and damaged my car :o) so because of the light exercise i've naturally been eating less since im not as hungry (less exercise) about 1700-1900 calories. Compared to 2400 avg daily. weight here = 164-165lbs 5'8 m 20 yrs old

**Another thing. im sorry for the lighting. :P it was actually pretty bright. but the camera doesn't seem to agree lol

Ok, i've been working out consistently for about 40 days now. I got on a healthy diet, and excellent diet for gaining muscle. Can't fit into doorways and you wear a fanny pack all the time. You understand what I'm saying?
Well if you want to worship at the temple of buffness, you need to follow these rules. And then you too can oil yourselves up and head out to the beach.
Wait, why would I want to do that?
I know a thing or two about bulking up, having done it poorly (OH GOD) and having done it right myself. Here are the three diet secrets without fail that you should use to evaluate progress. Bulking lies in eat properly and working out effectively. This video will cover the eating portion. Most people use the excuse of bulking to eat whatever the hell they want.
1. Eat for your body type.
Do you get fat just looking at bagels? Or are you a hardgainer that needs to slug in 5000 calories to put on some muscle?
In other words, know your body type. I have whats called a spend-thrift metabolism, which means I use my calories very efficiently, so I do not need to eat much to gain lean muscle. You might be different, everyone is unique. Generally speaking, the leaner you are, the more sensitive your insulin is and the more carbohydrates you can eat.
A great evaluation to test if you are eating too much is the waist test. Measure your waist every 2 weeks, if its increased by more than ¼ of inch, you are eating too much and you better back it up and put the burger down.
2. Eat clean frequent, eat big
I put the numbers in the description for a great starting point of how many calories you should eat to gain size. Its 1gram of carb per pound of bodyweight, 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight and 0.5 grams of fat per pound of bodyweight. Lets use a 200 pound man. That would mean 200 grams of carbs, 300 grams of protein and 100 grams of fat.
This is assuming you are a lean 200 pounds, if you have a belly, my advice would be to lose it first before gaining muscle. Now eat small frequent meals, around 4-6 per day minimum to keep nutrients in your body.
3. Ramp up Calories
If right now you're eating 2000 calories a day and using my calculator above, it says to eat 3000 calories, don't up your calories by 1000 overnight, you will gain fat! Your body takes time to adapt to anything, gaining muscle, losing fat, whatever. So slowly increase your calories by 250 per day for one week before upping it again. Your body will become used to the new stimulation and this will ensure growth.
Remember in the end its all about consistency, to gain muscle takes time and requires discipline. This raps up my 3 simple tips, if you want a sequel to this with more tips, post a comment below saying any questions or suggestions you might have!
