HEY GUYS, I AM SO FUCKING PUMPED THIS YEAR. I HAVE A FEELING THAT IM GONNA GET SO MUCH MORE RIPPED THAN LAST TIME. MY MAX USED TO BE 120, NOW THAT IS WHAT I REP WITHOUT EFFORT MY MAX BENCHPRESS IS 170!!!!!!!!! arm curl 80.
