Sharing is caring so I'm sharing the true secret to building perfect biceps. It may seem obvious but really, not enough people do pull-ups (both overhand and underhand grip). Hope you like the little flex I threw in too! :)
In my other video I showed you 21s which are great, but on my list of best biceps exercises, they come those come in at #2. In the future I will show how to "sculpt" the biceps to perfect that peak.
