Yoga for runners - post run sequence

A basic sequence for runners to help release tight hamstrings and hip flexors after a run. Perfect for everyone. Repeat sequence 3 - 5 times. You will notice that your hamstrings become more supple as you repeat. Feel free to bend your knees as much as you need to during forward folds. You may notice your hamstrings are super tight if you just finished a long run!!
