Three days out from competition, British natural bodybuilder Jay puts himself through an intense series of carb-depletion circuits. This montage condenses 45 minutes of 'Upper Body Overload', a series of non-stop upper-body circuits, with just 30 seconds rest between each circuit. After four days of low-carb dieting, this stage of contest prep is about depleting glycogen from the muscles, so the workout uses low weights, high reps, and continual circuits.
