Exercises involving bodyweight only can still be effective for the continued gain of muscle fibres, its a case of taking things a step further when you feel ready. Instead of 25 normal shoulder width push up, try 10 push ups on 1 leg while keeping your core tight and lower body still. This adds a whole new mechanic to the regular push up, and there are literally thousands of variations. Check out some of my other videos for ideas on home training.
