Flexing
Mi resultado ya al final del verano. Me tomo 3 meses el difinirme asi como estoy ahora. me he dado cuenta que lo mas importante no son los ejercicios que haces para sacar los "cuadritos", lo mas importante es dormir bien y tu dieta!!
