malik smith flexing (7/8/11) 12:41 A.M.
me flexing and doin a couple push ups... the push ups are part of my
nightly rutine even though i didnt record all of them i do 100 every
morning when i wak up 50 in the after noon and 100 before i take my
nightly shower i hope you enjoy
