Getting ripped in 2 months! (lost 14 kg/30.8 lbs) HD
I would appreciate it if you could give me any advice or comment :)
Age: 17
29 december : 85 kg
5 may : 71 kg
working out 5 times a week
cardio: intervals on treadmil for 20 mins, three times a week
supplements: only whey protein after exercise
