90 day workout plan - The 5x5x5 - QUICK MUSCLE BUILDING WORKOUT
Title explains it all, This is one of Josh's types of workouts it focuses strictly on weightlifting and bodybuilding. The workout features 5 different exercises, 5 Sets of each exercise and, 5 Reps on each set. Perform this workout 3 times a week with rest days in between for maximum muscle results.
