I have gained weight, a little fat but mostly pure muscle. Still focusing on symmetry. I have not been training my upper body since my detox, so I have small arms and my chest is really lacking size. But this I will work on!
I`m still happy I do this in a pure natural way! the raw food way! feel awesome! light and full of energy! I have chosen the long way, not taking any short cuts.. meaning I do not use any supplements, no proteins, no powder at all.
I use natural ways, ginseng, spirulina, goji berries, greens, fruits, oil and nuts!
I`m experimenting with what sources of protein and carbs I respond to, and what training fits me best to where I am now.
This movie is a little longer, some people out there asked me too.. and I did a calves and legs movie as some people asked for this!
