I'm a Gamer, but for that last 4 months I have put down the controller and picked up some dumbbells. Started in April 2007 due to soMe inspiration, and Now it is August 2007.
If anyone has an suggestions on what I should work on,or tips tell me.
I have a light frame so I don't like Bulk up as most people. My bod type is between Ectomorph, Mesomorph or so I have been told.
