p90x (17 days in) i have scoliosis so i have been doing miner workouts, but one day i seen p90x and wanted to try it, i havent looked back, tips and supplements or what else i can do to get ripped would be a great help and pointers i need to work on. so far im only on jack3d. see my other vid to see what i used to look like. right now im about 145 pounds
